 Deposit and cancellation policy

Unfortunately, due to the amount of clients not attending their appointments I will now be introducing a 50% deposit. This will need to be paid via bank transfer in order to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment 48hrs notice is required If  less than 48hrs notice is given then you will loss your deposit If you do not attend your appointment the full charge will need to be paid before booking your next appointment 

late fees

I understand running late happens to all of us so please just contact me and let me know, However if your over 30 minutes late and have not contacted me I have the right to refuse to groom this will go down as a no show and you will need to pay the full amount before booking again.

Fleas And Ticks

In the event fleas or ticks are found there will be a £15 extra charge as I will need to close the salon and fumigate and clean. If you are aware please cancel your appointment this will still need to be within the 48hrs notice policy.

Behavioural issues

I endeavour to never refuse a groom due to the dogs behaviour however I need complete honesty from you as the owner.

It will be safer and less stressful for the dog and myself if I am aware of any issues big or small.

If I am not informed and the dog bites or becomes a danger to itself or others I have no choice but to terminate the appointment to which you will still be required to pay for in full.



*These policies have been put in place to protect both staff and client by booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and therefore are liable to any charges incurred.
